An account will be classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period oftwelve (12) months. All transactions on the mplay8 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the player selects a cryptocurrency option. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player's financial institution or e-wallet provider.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by mplay8 are subject to the general terms set out herein, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM3,500 in qualifying wagers.
While bonus funds remain active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is MYR 500 unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
